Foliage
- Beautiful, horizontally branched deciduous shrub with large, pointed bright-green leaves.
- In autumn, the foliage turns a bright crimson.
Flowers
A spectacular display of showy-white clusters of flowers is borne along the branches in late spring and early summer, resembling lace-cap hydrangea flowers.
Usage
An excellent specimen shrub. Also suitable for large borders, Japanese gardens and large tubs.
Comments
Prefers a sunny to partly shaded position in well-draining soil. Mulch well.
