An attractive evergreen large shrub or tree which is ideal for clipping as a hedge, screening or windbreak.

Glossy green leaves, which have a red-bronze new growth.
Flowers
Masses of white, fluffy, bird-attracting flowers are produced in summer, followed by deep mauve-coloured edible berries.
Usage
- Great for hedges, screening, general garden planting or topiary.
- Prune after flowering.
Comments
- Grow in full sun to part shade.
- Tolerates a wide range of conditions, however, will grow best in moist, well-drained soil.
