New growth is tinted red-purple in spring.

Flowers

Small maroon-yellow flowers appear before the leaves in spring.

Usage

Great for larger gardens, streets, paddocks and public parks where a hardy, attractive, reliable tree is required.

• A hardy variety of maple that will handle most conditions, including some heat, low levels of drought and air pollution.
